Richard Kitowski has travelled to over 20 wine regions of the world.  He has worked in and studied all aspects of winemaking.  Richard is a certified sommelier, writes numerous articles for newspapers and magazines, including as a regular columnist for Caledon Living.  He taught wine appreciation through a local community college and conducts wine workshops to corporate and other audiences interested in expanding their wine knowledge.

Jocelyn Klemm tastes, writes, and speaks about wine – especially food and wine – every chance she gets. She is a certified sommelier, and has visited wineries in regions that include Italy, Spain, France, Germany, California, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.  She is a professional speaker and through her workshops, loves to help others discover magical wine and food combinations.
